    Advice on Winstrol

Hi, i am 5'10 weighing at 230 with 30% body fat
ive been going to the gym regularly since high school, but i recently let me self go for about a year, i still have a pretty good frame, but need to shed alot of fat.

Ive been hitting the gym hard for about 5 weeks, dropped 15 pounds so far and went down from 34% body fat.

diet real clean monday-friday, cheat on weekends

my long term goal is to be between 15-20 % body fat with a decent amount of muslce

would taking winstrol be a good idea? if so how? or would i look like im blown up and filled with water?

IMO, not a good idea. Just keep doing what your doing. Right now the sides would far outweigh the benefits. Joint pain would be terrible. Drink a lot of green tea and stick to your diet and exercise. After you cut down some more start thinking about a good balanced cycle. Preferably a test based cycle.

Keep hitting the gym hard, you're doing great! You need to work hard for a while longer.

No more cheat days, if you must have a cheat meal.

    Hope it helps.
