did you run PCT after week 8? This could have helped solidify the gains that you did make before you had to cut the cycle short.

Do you do proper pct? after your cycles.
You should be able to keep your gains.
And 8 weeks is a good length for a bulk cycle you don't need to go over.
for blood pressure someone with more knowledge can help you.

Dude, you are WAY more cut than many people here who have access to everything. Are you looking to compete or just reach personal goals because you are shredded already. You can always run test cycles and find what dose you are tolerant to without the bad sides, many people make great gains on just a solid 500+ mgs of test per week. Here is another question, what have you ran? And do you have access to things like blood pressure meds from the pharmacy or even herbal supplements like hawthorn berry, NAC, even fish oil helps with blood pressure.

    Your BP isn't horrible.

Try running test alone and drop the deca. several things you can do to lower BP. I would start with increased water intake. Maybe switch to Test prop and run 6 to 8 week cycles.

As far as keeping gains, this is the hardest part of a cycle. I think your PCT might not be up to par. Do you adjust your diet and training when you stop taking gear?

compete!lol.i am the only one who workout in my village.people dont even exercise over here..they think i am crazy..putting my body to extreme..pain n punishment.I just want to be better than this,I do just one exercise for each body part.Like my schedule is...legs-front squats,chest-incline dumbell press,biceps-barbell curls...diet is the biggest problem cause i cannot afford expensive protien suppliments...and..i try to eat chicken every day and eggs and milk.thats it.

I agree ur bp isn't that bad giving 120/70 is normal, the bottom or 'diastolic' pressure is what is most important. But regardless, if you are supplement free and already look like that I'd just stick to what ever that fucking village is feeding you, Jesus!

Atlas is it b/c of the cramping or from the raise in bp that you stopped? it's weird bc I have a friend who had the same problem with the whole body cramping, i asked him the whole rundown too. Basically if he was drinking enough water. getting enough sodium and electrolytes, etc.. and he said yes to everything. Now I could see the prop ester doing it too ( he was running prop) but I don't see why it is with cypionate with you. Maybe it's just an adverse reaction to one of the aas. I would just try running a different type of test and just run that by itself and see what happens. As far as the bp there are plenty of ways to control that and if you can get aas from the pharmacy then bp meds should be no problem.

I will be glad to eat all the crow that you want. You are a man of your word. I'm very impressed that you have gotten to where you are with hard work and diet alone. You obviously have awesome genetics and work ethic. You understand why I asked you to do the picture, because there are hundreds of assholes around here posing as a man of your physique when in reality they are featherweights. Keep up the good work and I hope the gear issue gets worked out. You will be a fuckin monster if you take full advantage of the drugs that are available out there.

I would like to hear more. How many sets? You mentioned, for example, that for biceps you do barbell curls, which is a very good exercise all by itself. What does your workout look like?

How long do you take off between cycles?

The next Arnold maybe! Now you just need to find you 21st century Joe Weider... I second the 'state of the art bulldung' you need very few things to build a master physique, it's been the same for thousands of year, you get there simply with blood and sweat, NOT TECHNOLOGY!
