    newby quest

    I wanna run a cycle to get me cut down. I started my diet and a training with 45 min cardio before i leave gym. Im 6 ft 2 255 lbs and 31 yrs old not sure what my bf is but its high. I wanna run cycle but never ran one before. What do u guys recommend for a cycle and in what measurements should i use it. I was told by buddy run winny but i have read here that just winny is bad. I did notice some already pre made stacks out there on another site So what do you guys think

    You dont need a cycle. You need to stick to a diet. No cheating fatty. Your only hurting yourself. Once you get your body fat down you should come back and start another thread. Im just telling you now that people dont like this type of thread. Fat people dont need Gearz. They need self discipline and stairmaster.

    You need to do some more research!! Use the search button on the forum. I hope you have a thick skin cause this type of question will get you eaten up around here, since its been answered several times. But ill be nice this time.

    1. If your bodyfat is "high" as you describe you dont need to be using gear period.
    2. All cycles should have a cornerstone of test in it wether your bulking or cutting
    3. Winny is not "bad" .. not sure where you got that from
    4. Train hard, eat clean, drink a shitload of water and do HIIT training. Get your bodyfat down first.
    5. While your doing all of this research different gears and what they do. Im sure a simple search of beginner cycles will get you started.

    There are no shortcuts or magic pills -- you wanna loose fat your gonna have to work.. Sorry if it not what you wanted to hear but its the truth brother.. Good Luck!

    Running a cycle with high BF puts you at risk for many unwanted side effects, one of the worst being gynecomastia.

    I would advise you to post your diet and training routine in the appropriate forums and let us help you there first.

    Ok gotcha thanks guys what should my bf be before i start. I know i gotta lose alot but was gonna get gear ordered now so i dont have to wait months for me to receive it. Just lookin to see what newbys use there first. Thanks again guys

    For a first cycle, do Testosterone Enanthate.

    I would do 500mg each week for the first 6 weeks, then up it to 750mg for the final 4 weeks. For a total of 10 weeks.

    Then 2 weeks after your final shot, take Clomid for 4 weeks as follows;

    100/75/50/50

    If you are already fat when running this cycle, you will need an Aromatase Inhibitor to stop you from getting gynecomastia. (bitch tits) and other estrogen related side effects.

    For this I would recommend Aromasin at 25mg every day.

    18% is the absolute max I'd recommend anyone doing a cycle at. If you're just starting out you need to be in the gym 2-4x a week doing heavy weight lifting and 3x a week doing 40 minutes or more of cardio for a year before I'd even consider doing a cycle.

    Is this advice also reccomended for a cycle of 1-andro or DMZ or would it be ok if bf is low enough.Age 33/165/5'10"/bf 15 at the highest but i carry most of my fat in the upper body(shaped like a pear)7-8 years in the gym except for last 3-4 years.Once you have bitch tits can you get rid of them.

    I personally wouldn't bother with pro-hormones. They are a poor substitute for the real deal, and you still have to have downtime and proper PCT.

    If you are 15% bf you are still on the high end for AAS but again, you want a good foundation for your work. If you haven't been in the gym for a year, you really don't have the dedication or lifestyle to even consider 'roids.

    In my opinion most people are looking for a quick fix and putting your body through AAS just to waste all your gains when you start skipping the gym again just isn't worth it. Go to the gym every week for a year and then if you still want to get huge, then fuck, go for it. But the juice isn't a fix for your shitty lifestyle.

    Just my 2c.

    ok so dum me got measured today 12 percent bf. because i have not worked out in gym doesnt mean i dont get my muscles used. some muscles more than others. i work in meat cooler carrying slabs meat all day so im not as fat as i thought.but i am serious about getting back into it and i know its not a quick fix.i was gonna do 6 months of training and see where i am at then consider it but wanna see what i should do being my first cycle

    Before I did my first pin i read as much as possible through the threads of this and different forums. Scour the net and read about AAS. The more knowledge you have the more productive and safer your cycles will be.
    As you read you will be able to answer the questions you have.
