Hey guys I am wanting to run a mass cycle so got some test e and yesterday I got my body fat checked and I'm sitting at 16%. I am 5'8 164lbs and have been trying to bulk up so have been eating everything. I ran my first cycle 6 months ago which was a test e only cycle and got alittle gyno but took care of it with some letro. So my question is could I still run a mass cycle test, deca, diana while running something to prevent sides or can I run a cut cycle to get bodyfat down or just get my body fat down the old fashioned way.

Agree, 16% is a high bodyfat to start, I'm ending a bulk at 12-13% and look pretty sloppy. Not that you can't start that high, but it's really gonna leave you looking fat at the end. Try getting to maybe 10% to start and go from there, but it's your decision.

A real 16% is not that bad. Probably can see abs. Age please.

I'm 27 and really dont look like 16% but I have a little fat on the midsection but nothing crazy. I checked the weight today and im sitting at 161lbs.


How long working out? Sounds like you might want to put more time in the gynm first and get your diet down proper. Eat every 3 hours. High protein, medium carb good whole foods. No junk at all except for 1-3 planned cheat meals a week. Basic cycle is something like this.
Testosterone enanthate 400 mg/w
Adex 0.5 mg EOD
hCG 250 iu EOD

Reminds me of my first cycle when I went from 160-190 in a month. I remember like it was yesterday, never tired or sore and didnt need nothing or noone. That was back when Dan Duchaine was alive RIP.....the half lifes on test enanthate was thought to be 5 days and cypionate was 3 days so that was the frequency of the injection of my little brown amps, 200mg cypionate/amp and 250mg enanthate/amps. I started with 400mg cypionate and 500mg enathate then every 3 days 200mg cypionate and every 5 days 500mg enanthate. I also popped a Halotestin before my workout and man whatever water retention you had rocked right up, your skin turned red and veins popped out like a walking hard on. After 3 weeks I switched to Deca and Primobolan. the half life on Deca was 6 days so I did 400mg day 1 and 200mg every 6 days. Thre Primo I'm drawing a blank. I think I neglected to take it because I was only doing 200mg because I read something on hair loss which I never ended up with. I also used 21 or 22 guage with a 2.5cc case made in italy and removed the head after it went through the rubber stopper and switched it with a new one. Always alcohol swabbed 3 fingers down the delt, a hand length down the side of the thigh, or the flexed part of the glute and pulled back on the stopper to make sure no blood was drawn or switched location and never used the same location in a row. 10mg Nolvadex a day and 50mg clomid twice a day. Finally 2 weeks of HCG and Humatropin which was $90/iu back then. Luck is for fools, have talent.
