If this is your first, just keep it simple. 500mg/wk-10wks, 2 injections per week. As far as pct, I always favor clomid. Some will disagree but to me nolva is for gyno.

Hi, I recently ordered some Test-E from Z-labs . I bought 2 10Ml 250mg/ML vials.
1. Would it be better to run it for 12 weeks @ 416 EW.
- 11 weeks @ 450 EW
- or for 10 weeks @ 500 EW.
2. Would a Nolvadex only PCT suffice? I have about 1000 Grams worth.
3. How much did you gain & keep on your first test cycle?
Age - 26
Height - 5'9
Weight - 182 13% Bodyfat
*Been lifting on & off for the past 10 years but been consistent for the past 4.

This is correct ^. 10 weeks at 500mg split in two doses a week is a good first cycle. You should pick up aromasin for on cycle AI. Also PCT you will need to get some clomid and aromasin . Run PCT for 4 weeks. Clomid 100/100/75/50 and aromasin at 25/25/25/12.5 ed . The nolva I would save for Gyno needs during your cycle in case of an emergency. If you are dead set on using the nolva you could replace the clomid in PCT with it but you would be better off with the clomid. If you do this run the Nolva at 40/40/20/20 alongside of aromasin. allright thanks for the info guys! I guess i'll stick to 10 weeks. Also, the reason why I actually chose Nolva was because of the sides my brother (twin) experienced when using Clomid as his PCT. He was an emotional mess, & he's NEVER like that Lol. & well yeah since were twins there would most likely be a high chance of that happenin to me if i took it.
BTW, ya'll still never answered, but how much weight did you gain & keep on your first cycle? O.o

The weight gain is dependant on diet, training, and nutrition. It will vary from person to person. Gains could be anywhere from 10-25 lbs with some of it being water retention for your first cycle. One of the most important parts of the cycle is the PCT because if you do not do it correctly you could lose much of your gains.

100% correct. I was able to keep 15lbs on my first cycle (sust 250 500mg/wk 8wks) and I pulled a hammy halfway through, so it couldve been more. But listen to TGB1987, he always gives great advice. Like the saying "hind sight is 20/20" if I wouldve had my diet and nutrition down, theres no telling what kinda gains I wouldve made. Still till this day I've never been as strong, and that was 10 yrs ago. So make sure you have your I's dotted and t's crossed, and enjoy!

The long ester test takes a little longer for me to start making big gains. Most people start making gains around week 4 or 5 but for me I don't start until week 7 or so. When they start though they really start. For that reason I ran it 12 weeks on my first go around. 10 seems to be the standard though. If you react like me though I would stretch it to 12.
