1st cycle nookie and need help

Hey, I'm 19 and 5ft'11 and i weigh 57kgs my use for steriods is that i've been lifting from 16 and i'm really not that much bigger im wayy to slim.

so this is what im thinking using sustanan 250 twice a week for 4 weeks and running with dianabol for 2 weeks. ( sorry cant post the mg of my dosages as i don't really understand them all i know is 1mg of sustanon per usage of around 3 days and the d-bol around 2-3 tabs a day?

any advice i can get would mean alot dont want to destroy my body in any way, and should i goto the pharmacy and get the fertillity tablets that help with test levels after like to help me produce my sperm again etc.

    plz help and thanks !!

You're 5'11" and weight is 125lbs (57kg)?? You must eat, eat and eat some more. Strive for 3,500 - 4K calories each day. Begin lifting heavy especially the Big 3 movements; benchpress, squat and dead lift. Do this naturally until you are older (@ 24yoa) and have a much more sturdy base.

You're wrong. You don't know how to lift. If you knew how to lift, you'd weigh more than 125lbs while standing at 5'11". Research and put together an exercise regiment that works and will add muscle naturally. You must put on more weight and get a little older before ingesting aas. You also need to consume more than tuna and protein shakes.

Honestly, you're not going to get much advice here. You're too young and your natural test levels are beginning to peak, take full advantage of it. If you can't gain right now there is one of two things you're not doing correctly. One, you're not eating enough of the right foods (sorry tuna and a tub of protein powder isn't where you start) or two, your training is off. It could be that (and this is what I believe) they both have much room for improvement.

Read up in the diet and training sections, when you're 25 or so come back and I would be more than happy to help you out, but by doing so at this age I wouldn't feel right.

There is no such thing is " the kinda guy that just doesn't gain weight" there is the type that thinks eating a couple cans of tuna and shakes is eating a tin. Listen to CT he and the rest of us would gladly help if we could but it's not for you yet. Do tons of reading start weighing food and learn about calories and macro nutrients I will gauretee your intake is way off. Plus you just finished puberty so I'm sure you will fill out. Bb takes time and patience.

Especially your diet. I am betting that is your problem right there. FYI, I graduated high school weighing only 140 pounds, and I was taller than you and had been lifting longer. I went up over 200 naturally before too many years went by.

Get your diet in order. Take advantage of what you can learn over there in the diet section.

as everyone has already said, if you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. It's really that simple. As much as some of us might like a complex and difficult answer, if you're not gaining weight, just eat more.

I was a hardgainer who could eat and eat and felt like I could never gain at your age, but the issue was my diet, WHAT I was eating, and how often. I hope you do as you say and visit over there and keep us posted on your progress. You are at your peak in testosterone naturally right now, so take full advantage of it.

Bro.....if you dont understand the dosage you have no business using the drugs.
2-3 tabs of dbol....5 mg tabs? 50mg tabs? Trust me theycould be 50mg and your gonna likely wish you hadnt eaten 3.
    LOL at 1mg sust.........

Seriously....spend some time reading untill you understand
    what each drug is
    What it does
why your using it in a cycle
    effects
    potential side effects
    necessary ancillaries
    What PCT is
What drugs are used for PCT and why..............

OR.....youll be back in a few weeks asking
    Where are my balls
Where can I buy a bra.
    What is heart palpitations
    what is an MI
Why am I crying at movies
    Whats cystic bacne
Why is my BP 2million over 250000
    is ldl-400 and HDL-2 good?

Why Am I the same size or smaller now the before I took the AAS?

If it helps..I started at about 125lbs as well.
But I waited and spent 3 years researching before I touched 1 drug.
I got to 180lbs after about 3 years of eating and training hard and I was 25.

Drugs are not the magic solution.
If your training and diet are not in place youll probably grow some with drug use but results will quickly diminish and youll be back to the drawing board.
You also want to remain healthy and happy while growing to your unnatural potential.
If your lipids are fucked you each cheeseburgers and pizza and dont do cardio....and your BP is high....your not gonna be healthy for long.
If your nuts are not making test and your estrogen blood level is 200ng/dl your gonna want to slit your wrists.....

Take your time. Be patient. Get a good preworkout supp. a good multivit supp pack.
Good protein powder. And eat like a fuking horse....if you think your eating enough....your not...eat till your nauseated. Then eat more. Take in a ton of protein.

    Sleep alot
    Train like a warrior.

    And youll grow.

You say that you "eat so much its unreal" but I bet if you really added up the total calories it is nowhere near what you think it would be.

I used to think the same thing, that I ate MORE than enough food but turns out I didn't OR I wasn't consistent. Consistency is KEY bro as well as a surplus of calories.

Get your diet down or you will NEVER grow.
