joint pain help!

    Exclamation joint pain help!

    hey guys im on my 3rd week of my cycle

    2mil of onadren250 a week
    250mg of oxymetholone a week

    i seem to getting alot of joint pain in my knees shoulders and elbows,i have been told to take cod liver oil tablets or deca any recommendations ? also just as precautionary iv done research on gyno and found that arimidex would be better to run than nolvadex if needed am i right ,given the composition of the cycle im taking

    fish oil and skeletal balm would be solid choices.

    Water consumption has to be sufficient - most definately. I know some PLs who enjoy the water retention "benefit" with Anadrol b/c it helps lubricate their joints and minimize pain associated with increased strength. However, I cannot recommend Deca for you b/c I don't know if you're past experience with aas, etc. If you know what you're doing, then yes, Deca is known for helping ease joint pain somewhat. Maybe 200mg EW for this effect without the extra "horsepower" that a higher dose would offer.
