how long has it been since he ended his last cycle
I'm completely unknowledgeable about this sort of thing, so be merciful. I've got a friend that wasn't himself and feels that steroids have permanently lowered his testosterone. (I think he said T-Bol or something like that...)
Can you really permanently lower your testosterone through a "reaction" to steroids?
If so, how do steroids permanently alter hormones? Is it by injury to the liver? The testes?
Sorry, but I really don't understand how all this works. I'd like to give him some good advice, so any help is much appreciated...

how long has it been since he ended his last cycle
I only know that it's been at least a year. What's odd is that he didn't notice the symptoms for a long time apparently. But recently he was having all the classic low T symptoms and he got a blood draw and it was very low per the doc. The doc said he need to see an endocrinologist I believe.
Why do you ask though?

Also post as much information there are many people on here who would be able to help but need more info his stats would help, age weight, height,bf,cycle history,PCT history

Tell him see a Dr. Testosterone isn't set at a certain fixed level. It changes daily and the amount of free test in the blood changes as well. If he feels like its low but not low enough to warrant HRT then he should do large compound lifts to stimulate more test production.
I don't know whether short term use can cause permanent damage but the human body is capable of handling drugs much harsher without permanent damage. Guess it has to do with the individual.

If he would have just ended a cycle it could have been from not taking the proper steps after ending a cycle(PCT).someone more knowladgabl than me on this will probably step in

since we are talking permanent damage if you mess up a cycle and end up getting bitch tits are you just screwed or is it reversible.

How old is he

early 20's shouldn't have that problem. I am 34 so my test levels would be lower than a 20 year olds. you can get prescribed test for men my age but i rather do it myself its cheaper. He may need to go and have blood work done. I do it once a year.

Im agree, when he's early 20's, than he shoudnt have that problem.

he should get tested for cancer...
