    introduction

    Im new here looking to talk about cycles and future cycles. ive been cycling for 5 years off and on.. and i just started and tren ace and test prop cycle. any advice on duration? and what to switch to? i took a long break about 8 months and gain alot of unwanted weight. well ive stayed around 235 but it switched over to fat very fast. ive been back to the gym for 3 weeks. im trying to do my cycle as correct as possible.. i have everything i'll need for post and during cycle. nolvadex clomid, clen, and Hcg about 10,000 iu so if anyone has any advice please post. maybe even on the best workout for this cycle. thanks guys

    What is your age, BF%, goals, and cycle history? Are you using an AI and a prolactin antagonist? what do you mean what to switch to? Did you read all of the stickies? If not do so now they will provide you with the rules and important information.

    Since you just got back to working out 3 weeks ago, consider going natural for a bit just to shape up a little more prior to blasting the Test/Tren. In a nutshell, Test Prop and Tren Ace are typical for cutting cycles. Usually in the 6-8 week range on the Tren and maybe 8-10 on the Prop. Opinions vary.
