I'm running test c 500/wk for 10wks, and dbol 30mg/day for 4wks.. and i was thinking of adding deca but the side dont seem forth it? what sides have any of you guys had while on deca, and did you run it in a stack like this??

What sides are you talking about?

a negative feedback effect on the hypothalamic pituitary testicular axis and suppresses testosterone levels. which would lead to, loss of libido and, at worst, complete shut down of endogenous testosterone production.
I know with a good pct none of this should be a problem, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone even though hey have done pct.

No offense, but we have had a lot of members claim that their diet is "in check". And when asked to post it, they post 2000 cals a day and wonder why they can't gain. You should also post what your goals are....you trying to cut or bulk?

Yes, Deca will cause all of this. One shot of Deca has been shown to almost completely shut down natural test. That is the reason you need to run some type of test with it. You will need to run an AI with your cycle along with HCG and Clomid for PCT. If done correctly, the sides can be minimized.

Breakfest:
I usually eat two different versions of breakfast. A shake and a real meal. As soon as I wake up I down the shake that consists of
-100% gold standard whey(48g)
-Oatmeal
-(2)Banana's
-Skim milk.
About 2 hours after the shake, I then eat a “real” breakfast that consists of something like:
-Egg Whites
-Hashbrowns (Cooked With Olive Oil)
-Grapefruit
-100% gold standard whey(24g)
Mid Day Meals:
The mid day meals are everything I eat between breakfast and my before bed snack. This includes lunch and diner as well. I basically eat a bunch of the following:
- a couple cans of tuna in between
- Boneless Chicken Breast(18oz)
-fish (10oz)
-(2) turkey burgers(about 1/3lb each)
-Eggs (Mostly Whites)
-Skim Milk
- White Rice
-Mixed Vegetables
-Fruit (Mostly Bananas)
-Healthy Fats (Oils, Flax Seed)
-Red Meat (Once In A Great While)
-100% gold standard whey(48g)
Before Bed Meal:
-Oatmeal
- or Sometimes I eat eggs it just depends on what im in the mood for.
- 100% gold satandard casein(46g)
I am just over 7,000cal/day
