
This is my AAS run and my main goal is fat loss while keeping my strength close to where it is now or higher. My diet has been clean over the past 2 months and I've already dropped from 18.77% BF down to 14.22% and weight from 246.2 to 238.2. I plan on staying in a caloric deficit while pinning. I am 6ft tall and currently weight 238.2 as of this morning. I have gear on the way and here is my planned cycle...
Wks 1-10: Test E @ 250mg on Sun and Thur(500mg/wk)
Wks 1-10: Arimidex @ .25mg EOD
Days 1-10: Clen @ 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/100/120/120
Days 11-20: Roxylean ECA @ 1/1/1/2/2/2/3/3/4/4
Days 21-30: Clen @ 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/100/120/120
Days 31-40: Roxylean ECA @ 1/1/1/2/2/2/3/3/4/4
Days 41-50: Clen @ 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/100/120/120
Days 51-60: Roxylean ECA @ 1/1/1/2/2/2/3/3/4/4
Days 61-70: Clen @ 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/100/120/120
PCT starts Day 84
Wk 1 of PCT: Nolvadex @ 40
Wk 2 of PCT: Nolvadex @ 30
Wk 3 of PCT: Nolvadex @ 20

You'll find conflicting information about ANYTHING online, cause anybody has an opinion.
Personally, i read to keep nolva on hand as needed for gyno.
And to use arimidex and HCG on cycle when using aromatizing compounds.
PCT should consist of clomid/arimidex/HCG. That's the route i would go, but def keep researching and see what the majority say.

Any other opinions out there??


nolva is not good for pct, it is out dated, it use used for gyno issues now anyone using it for pct is not keeping up to date on the current aas drugs

I'm getting very anxious about receiving my candy.... I've been hitting it hard the last few weeks and leaning out quite nicely. I'm going to weigh tomorrow morning since it's been two weeks and take measurements again. Rough guestimates are that I'm down about another 2-3lbs and maybe another .25%-.50% on body-fat.
I plan to start an official 1st cycle thread once I start pinning.
