Ask CT he may be able to provide a short video.
It will work for nearly all oil based products as well. Just do as I said. If you still have more questions PM CT to see if he can send you a video link or something.

The point of this is to prevent building up scar tissue over the years. Using a 29G is practically painless. You do have to go slow pushing it in but it really does very little damage to the muscle. I use 25G sometimes as well but nothing bigger than 25G and nothing smaller than 29G. GPZ also sells 29G 1/2in. 1cc syringes as well. The only thing I do not like about using the insulin needle is the limited quantity you can put into the muscle at a time. But you can easily do one inject a day.

Well i did it wit the 25ga, 5/8" needle, and man that sh!t hurts. My shoulder has been killing me all day. I have never pinned my shoulder, and i dont i am going to do it again... unless i get some like 29 ga....
Shoulders are usually less painful for me. The 29G is almost painless but I don't have much issue with the 25G either. Only thing with the 29G is that you have to push the oil into the muscle slow otherwise it is like a pressurewasher on the muscle and will get sore the next day.

G3 how do you like pinning the calves? Do you do some in each or just switch? I was contemplating trying it. I really don't think there is much of an added benefit though. I used a slin pin for my outer quad and I am [pretty sure it didn't go deep enough into the muscle. Must have too much fat over the quad. Thought I would of been good but I should of known better. I am going to stick to the smaller muscles for now on with the slin pins. My quad is very sore. Hate that feeling.
