    Cycle Help

    Stats: 175lbs, 5’9”, 27, Lifting for 8 years.
    First Cycle:
    500mg Test E, EW (Split 250mg) 12 weeks
50mg Proviron (I have read its not good to stack first cycle, is this ok?)
    PCT:
1500 IU of HCG started the last week of injections and for 3 weeks after the last injection.
150mg ED of clomid started 2 weeks after last injection for 2 weeks.
100mg ED of clomid for 2 more weeks.
Should I also have nolvadex on hand?

Please help me configure this properly.

This is how I would run it for a first cycle:

    wk1-12 Test E 500mg (Split 250mg)
    wk1-12 hcg 250iu x2 per wk
    wk1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg eod
    wk14-17 Clomid 100/100/75/50 and Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

No need for Nolva with the Aromasin, and the Proviron is up to you, but not necessary for a first cycle.

    1. Should I be taking the HCG injections on different days then my test injections?

    2. Would it be helpful to keep talking the HCG till the 14th wk when I start Clomid?

    3. I should be taking Clomid and Aromasin ED on wk14-17 correct? (100ed of Clomid wk14&15, 75ed wk16, etc.)

    4. Why do you choose Aromasin over Arimidex for this cycle?

Thanks for your help with this. I want to make sure I do it correct.

Looks good. I'd toss the proviron in if you can, your wife and/or GF will thank you for it! But like GMO pointed out...it's not a must have.

Can you guys answer the few questions I posted above?

I think I will leave the Proviron out since its my first cycle and don't really think its smart to start stacking anything yet.

It's up to you. I do them on the same days b/c it is easier for me to remember.

Again, this is optional. With the mild cycle you are running, it is probably not necessary.

    Yes, you are correct

I prefer Aromasin especially during PCT as it has positive effect on IGF-1 levels and will prevent estro rebound.
