You should read as much as possible for about 3 months. If anyone tries to get you to do more that 500mg of Test for a first cycle, that should be a warning sign they don't know what they are doing.

hi all,
thanks for taking the time to read this and help me.
1st of all i dont need help with my diet or training regime as ai currently play professional rugby for an academy.
i know how to eat well and train well my trouble is that i really want to take steroids to enhance my gains etc.
i have been offered a few different steroids but dont have a clue where to start, my aim is to shed fat whilst gaining muscle.
my ultimate goal as vain as it may sound is to get ripped but to also have something behind it e.g strength and power.
cycles, what sort of steroids will help my reach my goals etc would be appreciated
any help would be greatly appreciated
cheers

Rugby. Now that's for badasses. Rugby players make the NFL players look like girlymen. I have no advice for you. Just my opinion on rugby. GICH
Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.

dont really want to read for 3 months before i start my cycle, do you have any info on what would help me gain muscle whilst losing fat %.
i was offered anadrol and winstrol these any good together?

Rugby, played it for years. Love it.
U can look at sumthing like a simple test cycle and maybe add eq. Anadrol won't help for ur goals and definitively not winny for a contact running sport.

Welcome to the forum my fellow Rugger. I played in college and for Men's club afterwards. As a rugby player, I commonly used an oil-based Testosterone 400-500mg EW and 20-40mg Halotestin ED. Worked like a charm as the Halo really provided that extra "pop" during a match. And what better position for extra "pop" than Flanker??!
However, that is my own personal experience with combining Rugby and gear. I, nor can anyone else, advise you appropriately without knowing more about you first. Anadrol will blow you up with a lot of water weight and then you'll likely lose most of the water weight and strength gains after you're done with it. I'd stay away from 'Drol but that's my own personal opinion. Someone else mentioned Winny not being ideal for a collission sport such as Rugby. I will agree, because your joints ache enough after a rugby match. Multiply that ache 100x if you take Winny.

In that case, steroids are not for you.

There is a couple stickys you should read at the top of the forum alot of questions will be answered there. Rugby is fucken hardcore bro that's cool!
He doesn’t want to spend 3 month reading? I spend almost two years reading and researching and of course learning from people here he just wants somebody to do it for him.

My point exactly guys. Many of us studied for YEARS before we got in the game and the OP doesn't want to spend a mere 3 months? AAS are not magic pills that make you grow overnight. Being lazy about something that can fuck you up for life is sheer ignorance.

Bro these guys are willing to help you out once you have a good base to start asking questions at. You could research for a few days and gain a lot of knowledge. But you should know exactly what each chemical is going to do to your body, the side effects etc. AAS is not something you just jump into. also we would need your starting stats.

Just as an example, I am 32, been lifting since I was 14, completely drug free. I did use prohormones a couple of times. I am just now getting ready to do my first cycle of AAS after researching and talking with guys for a long time. I have some buddies that did them in college for sports as well (That's over ten years ago). This isn't something you should take lightly. Its not like rolling up and burning a duby. This has the potential to really do some serious damage to your sexual health.
that was a bad way to reach out for help...the whole aas thing is not a game ..if u dont read up you will do serious perminant damage to your body..i should know as 13 years ago i jumped right in ...i was just some skinny punk that had no training exp..i learned the hard way..now i have good diet and training regimen but cannot lift to my full potential bc of the damage i did to my joints..im not preaching because the fact is some guys will want to put in no time and work and destroy themselves and others will get diet down training down and have somthing to be proud of
