    my mum's on DHEA!!!

. . I found some DHEA at my parents house. Thought it must have been the old man's, however turns out some quack prescribed it to my 66yr old mum . . to help rid unwanted mid-section fat!!!

jfc . . this is a fkg rort, right??? Will the DHEA actually do anything, good or bad???

I heard it's like the horomone form of the fountain of youth. Keeps you young and prevents a bunch of diseases.

I'm on the fence with DHEA. I like my transdermal test, though.

What, dhea? Men can use it. It may or may not be all that helpful. Read up on pubmed.

Oral bioavailabilty sucks, transdermal is excellent if applied to arms/shoulders/back/upper chest. Dermacrine is a great example of how well it works for people but that is equivalent to something like 450 mgs orally. That said, it converts into many parent hormones through the transdermal method that is why it is far superior. I could see a lower dose of something like the new dermacrine being ran for 8 weeks not being an issue but it is slightly suppressive so eventually you would need some form of a PCT.
