Based on that pic, higher than 15%. Hubby got DEXA tested and he's got more definition than I see on you in that pic, so that's the basis of my estimate. I'll give you that the lighting in that pic may have washed out your definition.

Not sure why you would post an upper body pic and ask that question and then say things like 'u people dont no anything'. We don't know you, but if you want questions answered, I would try to be more respectful - especially based on questions where you give us so little to work with.
