Do you plan on staying on for ever? I mean I have thought about my future and when Im in my late 30s ( maybe before that) looking at some sort of trt, if not just self prescribing me some low dose test. Just today I was thinking there will probably become a time in my life...... mid 70s or so, where I will get to a point that muscle is not important to me at all, and will I still feel like injecting myself weekly. Any thoughts on this?
I live my life in 20 minute intervals so can't answer that question.
No, really, in all seriousness, I don't plan on staying on forever but I plan on spending majority of my life blasting and cruising vs. being completely off. There are risks that are involved which I'm aware of so I certainly do not advocate this approach for others. I have absoltely no idea of where things will stand when I'm in my 70s. Perhaps HGH might be appropriate as I age a few more decades. Just answering your question.
When you are in your 70s your test levels will be shot anyways so if you don't want to pin or stay on it will be no different than if you were always natural. Or you could use andro gel.
IMO its not about muscles latter on... well a little, its about feeling good you need test to feel good and function normally, guys with low T suffer from all kinds of sh.t. im 28 on TRT and ya its a crazy thought to be "on" for life but id rather feel good
The only people who should be on indefinitely are top level amateurs and pros IMHO. If youre doing it for self satisfaction i think youre just throwing away money.
If youre competing, im talking top level amateur, not entering a few local shows and winning.

Everyone has there own personal goals. So it might not be worth it for you do to this unless your completing, but why put that label on me?
Everyone do your research and make your own informed decision, just remember it can be one that effects you for the rest of your life.
Also there are other methods of TRT than weekly or bi weekly injections.
Some people need TRT to prevent many health risks such as metabolic syndrome, and many other health risks associated with low test levels. This thread should of been about what the risks are for TRT over many years of use. Like high CBC for example.
