    cycle advice

    Hey guys.....I'm 30 years old, 5'8", 182 lbs, med build (not too sure bout bf%, never had it checked), been working out on and off 10 years, about 3 years consistently. Have an ok diet, and have 2 cycles under my belt. 1st was test e only @ 500mg week for 12 weeks, second was test p @ 150mg eod for 10 weeks with 50mg oral winny ed for the last 5 weeks. My next cycle I want to good lean gains with minimal bloat. I'm planning....

    750mg test e/ week (2 shots/ week) for 15 weeks
    50mg tbol/ day for the first 5 weeks
    50mg oral winny/ day for the last 5 weeks
    .5mg adex e3d throughout cycle and 2 weeks after until pct
    I have nolva and clomid for pct

    Does this look like a decent cycle with minimal bloat and decent gains? Also should the tbol doses be split up throughout the day, if so how man doses should I take? And what should I do for pct with the nolva and clomid? Thanks in advance for ur help.

    Here's what I would do for optimal gains with those compounds:

    Wk1-5 T-bol 50mg ED
    Wk1-8 Test E 500mg/wk
    Wk8-12 Test E 750mg/wk
    Wk12-15 Test E 1g/wk
    Wk13-17 Winstrol 50mg ED
    Wk1-15 hcg 250-500iu x2/wk
    Wk1-17 Adex .5mg eod
    Wk18-21 Clomid 100/100/75/50 Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

    Save the Nolva for possible gyno issues. It has been shown to lower IGF-1 levels, so you don't want to run it during PCT. I am running a very similar cycle starting next week. Click the link in my sig to check it out.

    GMO is spot on Though I have used both clomid and nolva for pct and have had success with both many times

    Do you think I would be ok without hcg only because Im very stoked about starting this cycle asap and don't think I would be able to get any quick enough????

    If your going to be running 750mg test a week I would have HCG on hand to be safe

    You can get the HCG on order and start it when you get it. The first two weeks the test is barely going to be kicking in so you won't need it yet.

    HCG is not a requirement. I've cycled many times up to 1000mg EW and have always recovered with proper PCT. If you want to get HCG, go right ahead. But if you don't, you will most likely not miss it. I don't care about having small balls while I'm on cycle but that''s my own personal opinion. IMO, HCG is for more of a cosmetic effect - that is, you want your "boys" to appear their normal size. Some say it makes PCT easier, but I've always found the PCT in and of itself has helped me recover 100% w/out HCG.

    I'm still not sure if the tbol should be taken in one dose or split up throughout the day like is done with dbol???

    I would split it up into three doses. Am/pm and a dose half hour before your workout.

    Dosing Tbol twice daily is the way to go.
