But for some reason it's not sitting right with me I fig I go with tren,masteron,test c,winstrol tabs. But I can't the formula right! So I need some help!!! It's all going to be DP oils.

But for a cutting cycle to really shred you up, you need to clean up your diet, do some cardio every workout and use an AI during the entire cycle like a-dex or aromasin. I should also mention when running tren your cardio will be shot to hell. You will tire quickly and your BP will be pretty high, so your heart rate will sky rocket pretty quickly. Just something to think about.

I think cardio more than twice a week is overkill and never on lift days. Unless your diet is dialed in of course.. If it is then the cardio is just emptying your tank faster and you should save that for lifting.

Can you explain your statement a little?
I don't see how you can continue to create a caloric deficit without cardio? Yes, superset and giant sets help as does metabolic work but cardio is a MUST when getting to very low BF. Twice a day 5-7 days a week is not unheard of.

Agreed. I actually do more cardio while on cycle because of all of the anabolic hormones in my blood stream preventing catabolism.
