    sustanon cycle help

    im on my 5th week of oxide labs sustanon 500mg a week and feel strengh gains but no weight gain is this normal with sustanon im 26 years old 6'4" 202 pounds myy diet is over 4000 cal 350 g/protein 250 carbs

    Im on my 4th week doing 750mgs, really feeling the strengh difference and noticing a change in size but not on the scale. This week or the next i would say you should notice a difference.

    Well chances are it hasnt even fully kicked in yet. Also, youre not eating very many carbs.

    If you are eating over 4000 calories a day and 350g protein and only 250g carbs then your fat intake must be pretty high. Lower your fat intake and up your carbs.

    ill up my carbs and im eating about 80g of fat a day

    well since carb and protein are both 4 cals per gram, by eating the amount u listed of thoes 2, youd have to be consuming double what you said in fat to hit 4000cal

    im eating a clean diet basically little fat lots of chicken lots of fruit it is possible to have lots of cals and little fat im pretty sure my diet its not the issue it aint my first time around just new to the forums

    Sust usually kicks pretty fast because of the prop.
    I usually hold alot of water with sust if not running an AI so the scale changes pretty fast just from water.
    By week 5 for sure you should be gaining weight.

    There's only teeny bit of Prop in Sus. It'll really about 4 or 5 weeks before the long esters kick in. Hang in there it'll come.

    Exactly, and since you are not pinning it eod, you are not getting anything out of that ester except unstable blood levels of test. The long esters should pop around week 4 or so.

    what about a high protein 300 low low less then 100 carbs a day ??


    1) Age 40
    2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 230 not sure but i could lose 30lbs of fat
    3) Years of Consistant Training experience 1 1/2 years 5 days a week
    4) Previous Cycle experience one 8 week at 500 a week
    5) Training routine and Diet 300 protein not sur of fat ? less then 100 gram of carbs tiring to lose body fat
    6) Cycle Goals ??? what whoud this do for me ??? as faer as gains and losing fat ?

    thanks for the help fellas, i have gained some weight about 5 pounds but im so used to using test e and the gains come real quick i was kind of freaking out thanks again guys

    Good stuff man. I usually dont pay much attention to scales I like to go by how I feel. I did a 8 week cycle last fall and didn't weigh myself, only once before I started and once when I was done.
