    1st cycle- opinions

    I recently started my first test e cycle. I started a week ago taking 400 mg per week with adding a hardener in the injection. My question is what other supplements should I take along with the injection. I know to up my protein and to diet properly. Wondering if I should continue with creatine, nitrix etc... I want to make sure I am taking full advantage and not to miss anything. My plan is to cylcle 8 weeks but will do 12 depending on my cash flow. Also, any opinions on EAS whey protein? I buy the 5lb bag at Sams club and it does not compare in price to any other protein in a 5lb tub. You get more for your buck is how I look at it(protein is protein to me unless I am missing something?) Here is my current staus and what I am looking to achieve. Also note I have been busting my ass for the past year taking natural sups, creatine, protein etc.. eating 2500-3200 cals a day and staying focused. I have not gained the weight that I was expecting to with the amount I am doing. I am getting to the point that I think its just genetics and that is why I chose to try AAS

    34 (white) haha- 6' ,192, 14%bf
    goal- 200-205, bf 10-12%
    workout 2days on, 1 day off- typical workout- chest/tri, back/bi's. off legs, shoulders,off and repeat- cardio 20-30 min 2xs a week 4-5 sets of 10-12 reps large muscle-chest, shoulder, back, leg, 1-2 sets smaller muscles-tri/bi

    I would like to be stronger but it is not my main goal- I guess I mainly workout for the appearence factor. I want that big, cut look- I could really care less how much I could lift.

    Hope to have some responses from you guys- your the pros!!

    If your not getting stronger and not gaining weight it is 99% more than likely your diet. For your size I think you should be eating at least 3k calories every single day and getting at least 250grams of protein every day. I also would up your Test E to 500mg every week from here on out, 250mg twice a week pins. I use the same Sams Eas whey and it good. Creatine is not gonna hurt at all as it is proven to work.

    Good advice^. You need to up the calories to 4000-5000 if you want to gain weight. Increase protein to a min. of 250grams a day. Test is ok where you are but it would be ok to go up to 500mg a week in two doses. For on cycle I use ironmaglabs Creatine, gaspari intrapro protein, gaspari anavite multivitamin, Ironmaglabs advanced cycle support, fish oil at 4-8grams a day and that is it. Those all have a purpose. What did you mean by adding a hardener to your injections?

    I inject the test e with equipoise (the hardner)

    You have any tips on adding calories to meals?? I feel I already eat like a horse and cannot consume that much food. Here is an example of a typical work day sun-thurs what I consume. my work hrs 6am to 230pm
    1)3 eggs,spinich 2 pieces of wheat toast
    2)protein shake
    3) chicken breast, talapis, tuna, 6-8 oz with sweet potato or rice
    4) same as above-this is my lunch
    5) pre workout oatmeal or protein drink
    workout
    post workout drink/ protien
    6)dinner- chicken, fish- the typlical dieter meat- always 6-8 ounces of meat
    7)protein drink before bed- add yogurt, bannana, pb, milk

    this is a typical 5 day work week for me- wknds I try to consume as much protein as possible- drink around 8-12 beers on wknds

    let me know what I could do to increase this without having to spend an arm and a leg on food/sups/ AAS- my wife already bitches on how much I eat!!!

    2500-3000 calories is definitely not eating like a horse. It will just take a little time for your stomach to get used to it.     Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks is a pretty standard first cycle. EQ is a good compound but it will retain water. It's not as good for the cut look as anavar or winstrol.
