If your not getting stronger and not gaining weight it is 99% more than likely your diet. For your size I think you should be eating at least 3k calories every single day and getting at least 250grams of protein every day. I also would up your Test E to 500mg every week from here on out, 250mg twice a week pins. I use the same Sams Eas whey and it good. Creatine is not gonna hurt at all as it is proven to work.
