You haven't been training that long? Then you are not ready to take anything. Train for a few years and check back with us. Best to reach your natural potential before using AAS.

Arnold always envied the "herculean" hardness of powerlifters and gear is best used when you hit a plateau. Find a powerlifting team and hit a plateau.

    I agree.

Even when ready for aas use. 250-500mg/wk of Test alone is more than enough to have amazing gains. Leave the Deca and other compounds for further down the road.

This is the truth ^. You have many things that are not right here as well. First cycle should be test only read the link First cycle and PCT.

And to the guy who gave the standard first cycle protocol you are wrong you should also read the link as a matter a fact I am going to PM it too you.

Great advise given here thus far. If you have not been training long, then train a long time hit it hard for 2 or 3 years and then go beyond what you did natuarlly... at this stage all you will do with AAS is make the same gains you otherwise would have made without AAS.

Why do you want to take AAS if you have not trained that long? Do you think it will motivate you to train more?

Get addicted to training before drugs.

    Help

My friend started a cycle but did not wait until he got all of his gear. He was on for 4 weeks then ran out he is now 15 days since his last injection. He is getting more gear tomorrow and is just going to keep going for another 6-8 weeks. I don't think its a good idea can anyone offer some advice?

Hell he has been off for 2 weeks depending on what compounds were used they are almost all out of his system. I would vote stay off for til he recovers from the lame 4week cycle and then go hard again for a full 12 or 16 weeks... But I am sure he might not like that idea, in which case he might want to double his dose for a couple weeks to get blood levels up faster... I would vote stay off recover and do a real cycle though.

He shouldn't of started before all was in hand. This is one of the big rules to using AAS. If you want advice start your own thread don't hijack someone else's thread.
