I was wanting to know when the best time is to administer Hygetropin. I have read conflicting information. What is the best time to maximize the results???
In my opinion, the best time would be upon waking up in the morning. Your body releases gh while you sleep, so if you inject at night for an extended period of time your body will stop releasing it naturally. (just like testosterone). So let your body continue to release at night naturally, and add your injects in the morning...thus giving you double! On a side note, you may be a little more tired during the day because of the morning injection.
Thanks rocco0218. I actually did read something about it hindering your natural release of gh if you take it at night. That helps alot!!! Thanks for the information
Over the yrs, I've run it at all different times and protocols. I found for me that if using lower doses I just take it at night before bed and at higher doses, split into multiple shots throughout the day.
i'm taking rips first thing in the morning right now simply because i don't feel like eating right away when i get up and don't want carbs for about an hour after inj.....as i become more experienced with gh this will change though....i'm only doing 2iu/day currently
Thank for all the advise. It helps alot I think what Im going to do is split it up in the morning and afternoon and at night allow my body to release it naturally.
