    At a stand still

    Just wodnering if its normal to be stuck at a certain weight for a little bit while on cycle...ive been stuck at the same weight for 3 days now, nothing has changed in my diet, and ive been on 50mg dbol now for 7 days...was taking 40mg days 1-4. Appreciate any feedback.

    don't look at the scale to much, just look in the mirror, check waist size, cause some time you are losing fat and gaining muscles so your weight will stay the same. or you gear is bunk.

    Makes sense, ill stay away from the scale...im definately getting bigger, my wife has noticed it. As far as it being bunk, im sure thats not the case. I was getting the headaches, and light headed feeling for the first week, its gone away now, still get a headache here and there, but my BP has evened back out. Strength has increased a good bit already. Thanks for the feedback.

    Three days is not an accurate measure of any loss or gains.... Plus if you are like most BB's then your wheight will fluctuate up to 10 or 15 lbs during the day.. hell a gallon of H2O is about 8 lbs and I drink that in one hour at the gym. So during my workout I "gain" 8 lbs (not really).

    ^^True... scales ED is next to worthless. Once maybe 2x a week to monitor gains. And make sure to weigh in at the same time of the day. Many ppl like 1st thing in the morning after peeing, and before eating or drinking.

    I am putting down 5,103 cals a day...i have been at this weight for 3 days, and ive gained 12lbs so far.

    yea, thats actually what ive been going off of..i have to go buy some new t-shirts due to them being to small, just been obsessing with the weight since ive been puttin it on everyday, so i got excited.

    My weight doesn't change when i am losing fat and gaining muscle. I use the mirror and the body fat clippers to track my results.

    I stopped scaling out all the time kinda messes with ur mind. I have found every 2 weeks is better for me. But 3 days sounds like water weight....

    I weigh every 2 weeks on Monday after my morning urination. I take measurements right after I weigh also....I found doing them every 3 days or weekly will drive you nuts. Just use the mirror and your clothes as a guide during the 2 weeks between your measurements.

    Right, right. I can mess with your head. And wt. really not the best indicator for most things. IMO Scales are best reserved when you are getting close to peaking for a BB show or some other wt. restricted event.

    Weight fluctuates all the time, so it will even go down sometimes. You are looking for a long term trend.

    Also, Dbol really jacks up your weight with water at the start (I think I was 8 pounds in a week), so there will definitely be some slowing due here about now, and none of that really says anything about your long term muscle gain. Just keep on doing what you are doing.
