    uneven proportions are killing me!

left pec noticably bigger than right
right arm noticably bigger than left
right calf noticable bigger than left

i know this thread might be better suited for the training section but im a couple weeks away from running my first 8 week prop cycle and really starting to consider catching up on my lagging muscles on cycle to even things out until they catch up and then going full blast altogether.

when i do chest exercises my left pec feels the pump but no matter how hard i try to squeeze the right pec in workouts, it's just not as efficient as the left and falling behind. same thing with the other body parts. i dont wanna get big and have these proportions even more noticable.

what's the best plan of attack for this problem?

I have the same problem along with 40% of the bodybuilding population im willing to bet. I just use this picture to put things into perspective

Lou Ferrigno the HULK has a much bigger left arm, he always shoots a pose showing his left arm, and as you can see, not a single f*ck was given that day, Ive tried correcting it for years, im not sure if you can correct with juice, I sure will be giving it a go, but dont beat yourself up over it, I always start my lifts with my weaker left side.

well shit....i never knew that about louie. makes me feel a bit better but the chest is like the first thing i notice in the mirror. my left pec has nice corners and is meaty and puffed out. yet the right one looks like somebody popped it with a pin and deflated it. im probably making it sound worse than it is but im really hoping i can at least blend it in a LITTLE better. maybe i'll just do more reps with my weaker side. some have told me they'll even out eventually but it hasnt happened yet because i cant feel the pop in my right pec as much in all my chest workouts.

my right arm (the stronger/bigger one) wants to do the work in my chest workouts. it's like it's saying to the right pec "yea fuck you, im getting all the burn...u mad?"

That pic helped me come to terms with it too, and Lou certainly isnt the only example of that. Your body doesnt nessesarily have to have symetrical shaped muscle on either side, they can be shaped differently to an extent. Thats why I use dumbells only nowadays. With an occasional change using barbells, Dumbell bench press, dumbell military press, bicep curls etc, so each side is pushing its own load.

You should post a pic of hat you mean, maybe.

i always figured that since my right side is stronger it completes the lift better, whereas my left side is tearing more because its weaker, and thus grows larger (in regard to pecs) not sure if this is the cause of it. but my left pec is bigger and better looking than my right and im a righty.

    Everyone is that way bro.
but I can almost bet you that you are the only one that really notices it.
It goes back to our quest of trying to build the perfect body, but there is no such thing.
I can not spell worth a damn. I already know this.
so please dont waste your time or mine calling me out on something spelled wrong...

I read an article Jay Cutler wrote and he Said hr is still trying to even out his physique symmetry wise same with branch Warren. Nobody in the world is perfectly even. That's why no Yo guys pose the same way. When is your competition?
