    Week 2

Started my first cycle 600mg test c plus 300mg Deca each week. Plan on running Deca 10 weeks and drop test to 400mg and just cruise.

Joints feel better but not much else yet I was told week 4 and 5 should start seeing gains?

I weight 178 and 5-9. Eating about 3000 calories a day with 240g protien. Any advice on diet? Bf is about 13 percent and I am 47 years old.

Also thought about adding tren after Deca but heard it is hard on liver?

sounds like alot for a first cycle, but at 48 you're more than capable of making your own decisions lol

I'd leave out the tren personally, the test and deca should be plenty, just my opinion. Also I believe you're supposed to use cabergoline/bromocriptine with deca as well as tren so if you run both you should definitely be using it. May not be necessary but gyno isn't something you want to take chances with.

If you are trying to put mass on I would up the cals to 4000-4500. Def don't add tren yet . Save it for when you need that extra edge down the road. Also you don't need to cruise at 400 mg. You will keep your muscle just fine off of 200-250 mg week. Otherwise you got it going brother!
