    Diet Question

Hey guys, 32 years old, been lifting on and off for since I was 14 years old. Going to do my first cycle pretty soon (500mg Test E Wk) and have spent the last 4 months getting my diet dialed in. I have it dialed in right now very good.

When I start this cycle my thoughts are I have to increase my protein intake and clean carbs. Is there a standard formula I should go with here, or is it just a matter of tweaking as I go seeing how it goes?

How tall are you and how many cals are you getting in?

use the dietry calculator at FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and see exactly how much youre getting and then you can examine and see what needs to be changed, will tell you cals, prot, fat, carbs etc
