    Pain

I am injecting Test E at 250mg 2xs a week. I did my 4th pin on Monday in my left glute. These past few days, not the inj site, but in my lower back by my tailbone is extremely sore, and today, its a little swollen...no redness, just swollen..I did chest today and i had to modify the way i laid down on the bench, because it feels like im laying on a tennis ball on my lower left side of my tailbone, its really tendor. Anyone ever have this before?

Tell you boyfriend to stop pounding you so hard lol Im just fucking with you dude

Have you iced it yet? Keep an eye on it for a few days. If it get worst or it's still there set up an appointment with your doc. Maybe someone else can chime in because with out falling on your ass and having this pain it could be an infection IMO but Im not a doc. Keep googling.

Also next time be a little bit more specific in your thread header. "Pain" is way too general for anyone to consider viewing your thread. Good luck and just dont inj there anymore if thats what causes it.

Ive been doing research on it, and i guess its due to high BA...since theres no redness and burning inside, im just gonna lay down and ice it and use a heating pad and see how that works.

Ice for now. No heat. Heat will increase blood flow and cause more swelling. Just Ice for 15-25mins then no ice for 30-45mins then repeat.

Ice is good for an injury but for an injection issue heat is sometimes better to break up the hormone. When you inject into the glute are you injecting into the upper outer quadrant? Do you heat the oil before hand? Are you using an UGL or HG? Make sure you are using proper injection technique. Alcohol swab with proper length needle. What is your BF%?

If your gear has a high concentration of Benzyl Alcohol or Benzyl Benzonate you'll have some pain. It's temporary and your muscles will get used to it. If it's an infection you'll have to watch it and make sure it doesn't spread.
