I just had this same problem also, my left glute...i iced it for 20min on 30min off for the last 3 hrs or so, and it feels tons better. I pinned in my left glute and the left side of my tailbone (above where i pinned) swelled up. When i would lie down, it felt like i was layin on a tennis ball.

Dude, that sounds exactly the same as mine! ive been icing it tonight and the swelling has went down and so has the lump.. I usually dont even pin my glutes, my delts are like freakin cushions! I get no pain ever off prop in them, only cyp or enanthate.. Weird... I'll have an ice pack on me at work tomorrow and hopefully it will go away.. I havnt been able to lie down and workout or nothing..

Like Ptbull said heating the oil helps a lot. Make sure you are hitting proper area , and inject it slowly.
