I'm running 500mg test E and 20mg dbol at the moment, I'm also using trans. formestane as my AI. I'd like to know what kind of dosage I should be at to roughly equal say .5mg adex. I can't find much info on it especially in transdermal form since its supposedly much more bioavailable than oral. I've already got a tiny bit of gyno since puberty and so I'm assuming I'm prone to it, and I'd like to make absolutely sure I'm using enough to combat it.
Honestly, I wouldn't use formestane for on cycle estrogen control. I'd much rather use DHT/Androhard or aromasin.
100mg is the recommended dosage, up to 200mg. I've used it before as a stand-alone and every night my nips itched. Screw that.
How does Dht or androhard work as an aromatse inhibitor? Just curious as I've never heard that before. I don't see why formestane can't be used as an AI though, from what I've heard its a pretty effective suicidal inhibitor similar to the way aromasin works. I would've gone with adex/aroma but I already had quite a bit of formestane.
