    clen

    Hey guys,

I recently took clenbuterol at a low dose for a few days (25mcg) however it put my blood pressure upto 167/90. Surely this is far too high. I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem and if it just means its not for me or if I can manage this? I have done a lot of reading on clen and understand its effects its just these seem very pronounced effects that seem abnormal.

    Cheers

Not an expert by any means, but as far as I know the second portion (90, forget what its called diastolic?) is the really important one and that's not really that high. I would step down your dose a little or possibly try to lower your blood pressure through cardio and weight loss before going on again.

Both are important. If clen raised your blood pressure that much then

    1) You took too much or
    2) You're too overweight and should drop weight naturally through diet first

I took 60mcg for three days and on the 4th day I went for a routine checkup at my doc's. My blood pressure was 105/60. I could hear my heart beat in my ears so I thought I would have a super high blood pressure reading. I wonder if your 25mcg is more than 25mcg?
