    ?'s from a new guy.

Hello, I'm new here and looking for some advice. Im 45, #216, around 15% BF, training 5-6 days a week. I'm wanting to cut my BF and get lean. What would be the best oral gear to look at? I've been studing AndroLean. Any other suggestions?

The best way to cut fat is to diet and do cardio. At your level of bf your chances of getting side affects is higher. Steroids is not a short cut to losing fat.

You should diet and research for a year and then come back. You don't just do orals Aline anyway that's stupid and dangerous. If you did your homework you would already know this.

I remember someone saying something to me recently that made sense, "if you ain't ready to pin, you ain't ready for gear" I think this can be applied here, I used to feel the same way i want to use yet do not want to pin for x,y,z reasons. the safest gear is injectible when all the precautions are taken.
As tupin and D said diet is the way to go, Gear is an accesory to an already ver lean physique it is not a means to and ends but rather that little bit of sprinkles on the top of a cake, in the grand scheme of things it is only a very small part of the equation yet it is what adds that touch of extra-yuminess

Yeah diet really is the key, not oral steroids.
Like your name. What type of bow do you have?

If you are hell bent on cycling I would recommend running Test E for 10-12 weeks at 500mg/week. If your diet is in check you will see a great reduction in body fat as well muscle and strength gains. But like everyone else suggested i would recommend holding off for the time being and getting down to about 11-12% and then starting to cycle (maybe you can even get a script from a doctor by then).

Proviron is exactly what you're looking for hands down. If your diet is in check that stuff will harden you the f##k up. Plus, no high liver values or suppression on the HPTA system.

i'm pretty sure there is still suppression from proviron, not to mention potential prostate issues

Don't listen to this advice, proviron causes suppression just like any other steroid.
