Depends on the cycle, PCT, goals, if you recovered fully. Did you get bloods after the last cycle? What is the layout of your next cycle?

i havent started yet. it'll be like;

1-12 Test E 500mg week
1-6 Anabol 40mg ED
9-13 Winni 50mg ED
Adex .25mg EOD
HCG 250 IU E3D

PCT
14-17 Nolva 20/20/20/10 mg ED
Liver Maxx ED 1-18

General rule of thumb is: time on + PCT = time off. That being said, only your blood work will tell you when you are ready to get back on.
