    back pumps

    Wtf with the back pumps.i have been on test E and t-bol for 5 weeks.last week for the t-bol and its causing me to shorten leg day,deadlift to.anything i can do about this or will it be ok now that the t-bol almost done.

    Taurine and h2o help...

    You should be drinking btw 1.5-2 gallons of water ED. Taurine you can run at 1-2g, 1-2 hours preworkout.

    Yeah man the taurine helps tons. Before I tried it i was skeptical how much it would help but it makes a hell of a difference.

    Taurine helps but personally for me only at about 5-10g a day anyhting less than that does nothing for me. Also stretching you back out might help, certainly helps me between sets.

    Thanks for that dosage correction. I don't ever get back pumps, so it's good to get a recommended dosage from someone who does.
