For those who've ran IGF before, A few Q's.

I'm running IGF-1 for the first time starting near PCT. I have a few questions.

Should I start a few days before PCT, or right at PCT?

I don't really feel comfortable injecting right after the gym inside the gym or my car, if I can't make it home within 20 mins after workout, i'am I screwed?

I see some do ED, E3D, only workout days. Which do you recommend and why? I'm leaning towards doing on workout days.

I want my arms to grow out of all my muscles the most and then delts/chest, should I just rotate those areas, hitting bis/tris more then delts/chest? (Bi, tri, chest), (bi, tri, delt), etc, etc.

Some people believe in the injection site growth thing. I didn't see it when I used IGF-DES (Which is what I assume you're talking about). You can drive home and inject, it isn't that big of a deal, might want to just set everything out so its right there when you get home. If its IGF-1 DES then do it on workout days, if its the other forms of IGF the protocol is different and generally ED.

I started the first workout of my PCT.

I started week one of my PCT.

And yes...you can wait until you get home.

How about days of inject? I'm liking the idea of just workout days.

I've noticed significant strength increases, and MUCH faster recovery.

The weights have just felt lighter, and I feel great at work.

    I've been stacking DES w/LR3.

33mcg LR3 bi-lat in the mornings (in the forearm's mainly) Trying to heal tendonitis ...

Then the DES into worked muscles when I get home from gym.

On shoulder day I came home and hit the delts with the DES, and in about 3 seconds my shoulders weren't BEAT anymore.... It's great stuff.

My tendonitis is MUCH better, and the achilles tendon that was giving me pain from lugging the 30lbs of fresh gains around, My day job is super fast moving, and alot of to and from the worktruck, and I work alone, So overuse is my largest enemy of tendons.

Anyhow IGF is doing great.... shhh, don't tell anyone

Started IGF 1 week before PCT,

Now I'm 1 week INTO PCT (2 weeks usage) and i'm up 2 lbs

I almost feel like I'm pushing 120% to try to keep all my gains.

    So far, so good.

Running 3iu's (5on2off) green tops, 50mcg IGF1lr3 (1hr pre workout it gives ridiculous pumps), and PEG MGF 100mcg bi lat (alternating bi's, tri's, delts). I follow the 5 on 2 off with the peptides same as the GH. Can't complain it's been 2.5 weeks and I am up 10lbs, and the weights keep going up.
