Hi Guys..
As of 1st June I will be doing a 3week Cruise on just 250mg Test Cyp everyday.
I have been on 150mg npp and 150mg prop eod for the past 5weeks..so will be 9weeks on cycle before i go to just 250mg cyp a week.
During this time I will also be starting 100mg MOD-Grf and 100mg GHRP 6 x 3 shots per day.
I will also be running Ostarine at 30mg first thing in the morning.
After these 3weeks I will be staying on the above and also adding in 350mg tren a, 350mg mast a and 350mg test prop along with 50mg anavar for 8weeks.
How does that look to everyone?

I may run tren e and mast e instead of a rip blend to save on injections..as o have been pinning eod with prop and npp
Quick outline of my diet...i dont have carbs pwo....it works for me...soo ill leave it at that.
Training Days.
6.30am - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF + Vitamins
Meal 1 – 7.00am – 3 Whole Eggs,3egg Whites + 3Slices Wholegrain Bread + Tin Tuna + 1Banana
Meal 2 – 10am – 60g Whey + 100g Oats + 14g Almonds + 3g Creatine CEE
12.15pm - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF
Meal 3 - 12.45pm – 225g Chicken Breast, 1tbsp olive oil + 1banana + 5 Wholegrain Rice Cakes
Meal 4 – 3.00pm – 2 Tins Tuna, 14g Almonds, + 5 Wholegrain Rice Cakes + 1 Banana
5.15pm - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF + Vitamins
Meal 5 – 5.30pm – Same as meal 2 + 3g Creatine CEE
Train from 6.30 – 7:15
Meal 6 –PWO – 7.30pm – 75g Whey Isolate, 25g BCAA’s 5g Leucine. 5g Creatine CEE
9.45pm - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF
Meal 7 – 10pm – 2Tins Tuna, 4Whole Eggs, 4Egg Whites
Macros Roughly – 450-500g Protein, 250-300g Carbs + 90g Fats
2g Omega 3,6,9 to be taken with each meal.
Veg will be had with all solid meals.
Non – Lifting Days.
7.15am - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF + Vitamins

Meal 2 – 10am – 60g Whey + 1 Tbsp Olive Oil + 14g Almonds + 5g CEE

Meal 3 - 12.45pm – 250g Lean Mince + Garlic Salt + Veg
Meal 4 – 3.00pm – 2 Tins Tuna, 14g Almonds.
5.15pm - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF + Vitamins
Meal 5 – 5.30pm – Same as meal 2 + 5g Creatine CEE
Meal 6 – 8.00pm – Same as meal 4
9.45pm - 100mcg GHRP 6 + 50mcg Mod GRF
Meal 7 – 10pm – 250g Lean Mince + Garlic Salt + Veg

I will be finishing up a 7week cycle of prop and npp.
I will then go onto cruise on 250mg test cyp a week and the peptides outlined above.
I also have Follistatin to try, ill be dosing 100mcg for 10days, taking 30days off then repeating.
