Which is more likely causing constipation. Tbol or Aromasin?

So I have been on Tbol at 50mg ED for 4 weeks now, and Aromasin at 25mg ED and now I am having pretty bad constipation.

I am going every 4-5 days and it's a small movement. Do you guys think it's from the Tbol ?

My strength is still going up. Not sure what to think here....

Damn that sucks. I've ran both quite a few times and never experience any stomach issues.

Could it be something else? How's you fruit, veggie, and water consumption?

Start doing some fiber and drink more water, I've never done any AI that caused constipation nor do I have problems with it in general no matter what/when/how much I've taken.

I don't know if its possible there is a link.

    +1

I would say that diet/h2o consumption is more likely the culprit than T-bol or Aromasin. I'm on Aromasin now and crapping ED, and I've done T-bol in the past with zero issues.

I know opiates will make you shit bricks

otherwise I'd say its probably not enough water or fiber, I was sorta having that problem as I could barely eat enough protein/cals as it was so I wasn't really eating any veggies, sorted that out and now I'm shitting small children lawl

An enema will work as well. Cleans you out quick, fast and in a hurry. Even quicker than one of them burritos with extra guacomale.

Apparently I am just having a problem digesting meat. Increased veggies, decreased meat and replaced with some plant sources and more dairy. Problem solved. Thanks all
