    Blood test question

On Wednesday I am going to get a blood test at the doctors office.

Is there a way to lower my test level and raise my estrogen level quickly before the test??

Eat 2 gallons of edamame. lol. Naw, I don't know if that's possible to lower enough to throw off one of those tests. Sorry I can't help, maybe someone else knows.

If you are under the age of 40, it is doubtful that your doc will even test your E2 and test levels. That is unless you give him a reason to.

If you are not on HRT why would he do a hormone panel?

I would say just go in and get your hormone panel tested, see what your numbers are really before you mess with them.
