I've heard delts and traps have some of the most androgen receptors, not sure how true that is but it kinda makes sense as big shoulders is associated with masculinity. This might be "broscience" but whatever lol.

In terms of the skin, then yes. Such as applying DHEA cream will yield higher conversion to test/dht than to estradiol.
First cycle greatly enhanced the appearance of my upper chest/upper arms (particularly my biceps). Biceps wnet from looking as if a baseball was lodged underneath the skin to looking like a softball was under there but with the hardness of the baseball.
Bench press was the movement where the most improvement was noted.
