So "hypothetically speaking" I have a couple questions on injecting. So let's say that Saturday I did 1/3cc of Sustanon injected bilaterally into each glute top outer quarter, then Monday I did the same 1/3cc injected bilaterally into glutes about an inch below the prior injection site. After the injection on saturday it felt pretty fine for 2 days it was really smooth but after I hit them on Monday again man are the sore. My glutes are somewhat swollen and tender at the site is this okay, should I expect pain from hitting them bilaterally that close together? It just kinda worried me when they seemed to have a slight "swollen feeling" but I figured I just made a no no and should've picked a different body part haha. I was thinking about doing pecs, I definately have enough meat there it's pretty thick. So who's done pec injections and how was it, I don't do chest again until Monday so should I be good by then if I hit them today? Thanks guys I really appreciate any knowledge you can send my way.
i love delts 100% painless and no soreness at all .but now quads i can not walk for 4 days after idk.
That's what I'm worried about. I'm trying to work into an injection schedule that fits well into my workout routine. Like for instance, today is cardio and tomorrow is legs so I'd rather hit my upper body "like chest" in the middle of the week to save my legs and that way by the time chest rolls around on Monday or Tuesday that soreness should be g2g and I can hit Glutes on Monday and have legs be ready by thursday ya know. I'm still not sure which part I wanna hit on Friday though. I'm thinkin Monday-Glutes, Wednesday-Pecs, and maybe do Traps Friday, I'm not sure, I've heard trap injects are g2g but I'm always nervous to hit new spots.
I don't think you're getting any benefit from Bi-laterally injecting sustanon.... Save yourself the soreness and do it all in the same shot.
Traps seem easy until you actually try to do the injection, then your just too close to your face to work!!!! If you can do it, go for it, they pop out and are all muscle.
Aspirating is a waste of time try delts quads and tris that 3ml in just your eod is asking for trouble. You will get major knots of scar tissue and possible infections. Why are you doing 3ml of Sus eod anyway?

I wouldnt hit traps personally, too many odd nerve endings in there.
I like to hit the muscle I'm going to work that day. Quads on leg day etc. Helps disperse the oil better.
