    first stack ever ...need info

    fixing to do my first cycle after talking to some friends and because of my budget decided to go with 10ml test e ,dianabol 10mg x60 and nolvadex...
    was wondering if this is a decent stack or if i should add some diff things to it. Im just getting started and not sure wat to get so i could use the help in decideing wat to stack and wat to take to stop aromatizing.

    really i just wanna bulk up and build muscle im about 190 pounds with an average build and no were near as strong as i wanna be

    id say about a 30-40% bodyfat mabye a lil less .24 yrs old.did alot of pushups and pullups stuff like no serious training ever. this will be my first cycle.

    30-40% bodyfat? that's practically obese.

    Well if your stats are true, I would recommend you cut down to at least 15-20% than start your first cycle. & since you really haven't been serious about this yet you still have the potential to achieve great noob gains. I'm talking 20-40 Pounds of muscle within 12 months. So for now, educate your self, eat, sleep & train consistently

    HOWEVER, if you don't take my opinion & plan on bulking, throw in some clomid & aromasin. Nolvadex isn't really needed unless your prone to having gyno

    i think i got the bodyfat percentage way off then ...
    cause im by no means obeses so its probly more like 20% not really sure at all

    yeah bro..concentrate on some cardio and get your diet in line. You gotta cut a lot of body fat or gyno is gonna hit ya hard....if you are unsure of body fat...buy some skin calipers or go somewhere and get it checked. you can get calipers on line..they are inexpensive too

    ill have to upload a pic on here or something cause i have no idea about the bodyfat thing to be honest and im starting feel like im making an ass out myself ....im about 190 average build i have a some muscle but nothin solid

    If you got some muscle but nothing solidfood is the best option for you and not gear.

    I agree with himik. If he were to do a stack though.....it should not be a bulk cycle...it should be a cut cycle correct? somin like Winni, clen,teste<low mill

    In addition to food and cutting back on your BF%, you also need to be immersed in a solid weight training program for a few years before jumping on AAS. You will grow A LOT naturally, if you start weight training and eating right.

    My advice to you is to post your diet in the "Diet and Nutrition" forum and let us help you there.

    You are a LONG WAY from being ready to jump on AAS. They are not a magic solution to replace the disciplines of hard work and consistency. I'm not trying to be a downer, just being real with you and trying to help you out.

    I'd say it is pretty obvious that you should stay away from gear, train and eat right for several years and see what you can do naturally. You are looking for a shortcut and there isn't one.

    At 190 and planning on using gear you should be benching around 250#, squating around 400# and deadlifting about 450#. If you can't do that, I'd say you have too much fat at that weight and you have not been training long enough to even reallize the potential of gear use.

    Visit the diet and training section for help in these areas and we'll see you in a year or 2.

    Dude your not ready. Risk and Reward. If you rush into this too soon your going to waste alot of money for little positive results and plenty of neg side affects. If your not sure your Bf% and your not into lifting or training much it sounds like your being influenced by what your seeing and hearing from friends. I get that you want to see some results but the best thing I've done towards that is clean up my diet and getting my program straight before I considered anything and what I found is that I achieved almost what I wanted to without the use of anything but some creatine, bcaa's and protein powder added to a good nutrition. I'm still working my way up to getting my program straight and when I'm there I'll still defer to those who know before starting. Be patient and you won't ever regret it, rush it and you may. Good luck stay in the forum and research. later
