    Questions about First Stack

    I guess I should get stats out the way first

    age: 29
    Height: 6'2/3
    Weight: 205-210
    BodyFat: 9-13%
    Training: Weightlifting for 10+ years & MMA for 3 years (3-5 days a week on average between the two before my accident)

    Here's my predicament - I have been out of my regular rotation for nearly a year as I have undergone 1 knee surgery for a torn meniscus in my left knee, and will be doing the other knee in 2 weeks.

    I'd like to try and recover asap and wondering if what I list below will help with recovery.

    I currently have a bottle of Test-E (british dragon) that I haven't tried and also considering trying to get my hands on HGH as I heard it's great for rebuilding tissue.

    Long-Term Goals - Have normal use of my legs (Doing squats/running again without much pain) add some more lean mass (220-230lbs), and be more explosive.

    Would these two be good, and how much should I be using? Or other suggestions for coming off an injury/surgery?

    Well since you are going to have more surgery I wouldn't run a heavy test cycle as test can have a negative affect on tendons, but you could run the hgh at a moderate dosage. Or you could run some IGF-1. I read about someone who ran it coming off injury and the dr told him he had never seen someone heal so fast. Just my 2 cents. I'm sure others will help you out with additional detail and more than just anecdotal evidence. Good place to come for advice. Good luck bro!
