    Injection Question

Alright, I have heard a couple different ways how to inject in to your chest, biceps and triceps. Because the chest is close to something very important I am a little nervous. Also, because the biceps and triceps have alot of movement in the muscle, elasticity. Where exactly do you go and how deep. I know depth depends on mass, but anything would help?

If you hit the chest or bicep, tricep you should use a shorter needle. 1/2 5/8 inch. www.howtodoinjections.com I use a 25-29G with small muscles. It is easier and less risky to hit glutes, delts, quads.

I only do glutes and quads. 23g 1.1/4 inch, and quads 1 inch 25g. Works excellent. I actually tried a calf once but the muscle felt to hard and very difficult to inject in, so I stick with glutes and quads.

I take it your using IGF-1 OR MGF to shot into your chest and arms. You have to use a insulin needle when doing this. Those needles are 27g and very short, so unless your really skinny or fat you should be fine sticking the full length in. Aim for the side of the biceps and the long head of the triceps. This way you miss the major vessels in the arms. When you inject always draw back to make sure you haven't hit a vein or artery. If you do don't stress just pull the needle out and apply pressure. Next time you know not to stick in that site. Each person has veins in the same general area, but there are always variations.

If you have a thick layer of fat you may need to use 1 inch needle to get through that layer of fat to hit the muscle.

    good luck
