No data, just my own experiences. I noticed zero difference btw frontloading and not. IMO if you are looking for quicker gains run Test prop or an oral like d-bol up front until your long esters pop.

How do you feel about frontloading?
What do you think about frontloading a new long ester cycle? Do believe it works or do you think its a waste of oil? Any data to back it up?

i did both frontloeaded and use a oral kickstart so dont know which one worked but somthing worked for sure .

i fronted eq when i ran it with test e and it was awesome
