    Post Operation Gear?

Last Month my brother got surgery on his shoulder to repair some cartilage and ligament damage due to a dislocated shoulder. 4 months from now he plans to get back to lifting weights. Was wondering your opinions on how he should approach getting back on the sauce. Maybe a year post operation he can start?

    5'7''
    23 yrs
    Was 190-200 lbs pre op.
    12% BF
Only ran one cycle before ( i think) of Test E and dbol.

Just trying to help my kid brother out with getting back into some type of weightlifting. I;m sure he won;t be the same. It's just hard to see him so bummed and depressed bc all he did was lift and focus on his health until he had a football accident his senior yr of college. Any advice will be appreciated.

Well GH helps with recoveries after surgeries. Deca, both in its long and short ester forms, also helps with cartilage recovery.

Is this your opinion or would that be what a doctor would prescribe to aid in recovery ?

I'm just curious. So many different opinions about what dose to use for what.

    My opinion.

I think you could even go higher.

GH use differs among all users. Some get great results with minimal dosing and others need a ton to see hardly anything. Every individual is different. I will say that dosing ED leads to much more fat loss than EOD. Three high doses a week works wonders at growth and recovery.

Goals are the biggest driving factor in determining a dosing schedule.

Okay cool. HGH is expensive these days. No source talk but 5Ius is like 30-40 bucks street price?
I think doctors prescribe like .5iu a day for recovery. He's going to his Doc soon to actually ask about it. He heard his Doc likes to prescribe it to athletes win.
