Sometimes it can get held in customs for a few days. Just be patient but anytime you order international you take a chance. I am always on edge when expecting an order. It is normal to have this happen so be patient and hope for the best. Most of the time there is no issues.

No, your address will not get blacklisted. My friend got a customs letter when he had goods delivered to his grandmas house last year. He never responded to the letter whatsoever and just accepted that his gear was lost. Then, he continued to have gear delivered to grandmas house several times afterwards with no issues. He has since used a different address but grandmas address did not get blacklisted nor was a controlled delivery made. Risky? Sure, probably. But the fear or anxiety is part of LE's tactic.
