    Cortisone Injection

    Hey guys is it ok to have a cortisone injection while on cycle of Dbol and test E?

    I'm gonna say its not a bad that its during a cycle. But the bigger issue is just a caveat w/ cortisone injection in general - they help reduce pain, but this also masks the messages your body sends you (aka Pain) when you use or irritate the injured area you are getting the cortisone shot for. So I'd say don't change your training routine to go more aggressively because it feels better after the shot. Instead continue to operate as if you're in some sort of rehab mode with consideration to the source of your pain so you don't aggravate it and don't even know because the shot is keeping the pain from being communicated.

    You might end up making it worse.

    I just got a cortisone shot in my lower back. You'll be fine just dont go all out and hurt yourself again. where u gettin the shot?
