    First Time w/ AAS

    I'm planning on running my first cycle of AAS very soon and have a few questions. First of all, I'm new to the site but not to bodybuilding. I've been training serious for around 3 years. I'm 22, 5'11", currently 190lbs. My diet is in check and has been created by a bodybuilder/nutritionist. I know where to get it (a sponsored vendor on this site) but don't know how exactly. I've been talking to a few AAS users and they recommend CUTMIX150 @ 500mg/ week. I will be running a PCT for sure. A few years ago before I knew as much as I do now I did a cycle of dbol (yeah I know, stupid). I saw amazing results and obviously lost most of it since. I want to know what to expect as far as results are while doing this. Also, what should I take as far as liver support while in my cycle and what PCT should I run?

    What r your goals...bulk up or cut? I'm assuming you want to cut by someone telling u to get cut mix but I could be wrong

    The cutmix is test prop, tren A, and mast, so I'd think it could work either way


    But it's definitely not recommended that you jump into your first cycle with three compounds, especially since one of them is about the harshest AAS you can get. Read the first cycle sticky, and plan on a normal 500mg a week test E cycle, maybe with dbol for the first few weeks.

    IMO the first cycle should be test only.

    I want to bulk but wouldnt hurt to cut as well, so that's why cutmix was recommended.

    test only for your first cycle your def not ready to jump in and use cutmix right off that bat

    I figured the tren would be a little too harsh for the first time, that's why I asked and I'm glad I did.

    You can do either with cyp too. Just get your goals laid out with a plan to reach them before you start. Then attack the weights and your diet like a savage.

    What am I looking at for gains with test? I'm thinking around 10lbs.

    Yeah I really don't get into the blends and such...I'm old school. Test deca there is so many blends out there now and I don't do much reserch on them...if ur first cycle id agree test only..u would see good results using the bare minimum my first cycle years ago was cyp and I saw 20 lbs but that's me..everyone is different

    The study shows a 20 week cycle. Should I really do 20 weeks of test E?

    If it's your first cycle, I would run just a one-product cycle of Test. Although the blends look super tempting (anyone remember rippedfuel or CutStack-150), they usually require more "experience"

    IMHO, I would run an 8-10 week with a proper 4-week PCT lined up

    I am on 4th week of my first cycle 40mg dbol and 250mg 2X week of test E. arimidex .5 eod. For 12 week I would recommend it but of course there are other guys here with way more experience than me.

    Since I can't edit my post, I would go with a 10-12 week cycle if you got the amount. Just remember to EAT...SLEEP...TRAIN...BIG!
