tell me how to fix uneven pec muscles?? it's not THAT bad but definately noticable. my right arm is already noticably bigger than my left but my right pec is smaller than my left and im more concerned about that than the arms. when i do dumbell presses and cable flys i just cant seem to push my right pec muscle and the arm just wants to do all the damn work. im one week into my 8 week prop cycle at 400mg and think there should be enough time to fix this in a timely manner.
i need any and all advice from you guys on how to fix this because it's gonna look more dis-proportionate as i get bigger. thanks
If it makes you feel better my whole left delt/trap/pec are slightly bigger than the right lol. For one I don't think most people would notice it as much as you do yourself. But I've been taking this time while on cycle to try and even em out and it seems like it's much quicker than doing it while natty. Just switch all pressing exercises to dumbells and make sure you do the same number of reps with each arm, even if you feel like you can do more with one. And add in an extra set or two with the lagging arm each time. That's about all you can do. It may just be genetic though, I'm guessing some people just develop differently on each side, or have slightly different muscle shape on each.
stop using barbells and use dumbbells for all lifts.....when you use barbells your stronger arm will compensate for the weak one
yea i definately prefer dumbbells but still my left pec will flex while my right one won't. i was thinking maybe i should use a lighter weight in my left hand with a heavier one in my right. same thing for cable flys.

nah bro it's from all the years of constant wrestling all year round. i had a huge arsenal of moves at my disposal and nearly all of them just so happened to flex one side of my body since it felt more natural that way.
and you're probably right about me noticing it more than others but i care a lot less about what others think than myself lol.
im just gonna go apeshit on my right pec and turn it down a bit on the left and once they get somewhat similar then it's full speed ahead.

One thing I noticed is that I tend to pull my right shoulder forward and use the delt more than the pec. Make sure you're squeezing your shoulder blades together and "open up" your chest if you know what I mean, seems to help put more emphasis on the pec. Other than that I haven't really found any thing that helps, just add a bit more volume on that side and it should catch up eventually.
