I know that I'd need to get Exmestane in my system for a week before it's kick'n .Wonder'n would I taper down adex while add'n exmestane over the week peroid, or simply cut the Adex cold. I really don't see a problem in taper'n back but if you have any experience in this I'd be interested in your input. I know I messed up the title question,lol

Why are you changing? Aromasin is alot better IMO. Adex messes with my lipids too much.
